This year, we had different events, an exciting host and an incredible turnout. Like 2023, there are two categories: women & non-binary and men & non-binary.

EVENT RULES

For both groups it's
• MAX REPS in 90s
• the final rep counts if the tyre is upright, otherwise all reps must be flipped right over
• FNB are using 150kg tyre
• MNB are using 350kg HOWEVER this group can choose the 150kg if preferred. BUT 1 flip on the 350 trumps any rep number on the 150kg

• 3 attempts, athletes select the weights
• straps allowed
• sumo allowed, though questioned 🤣
• hitching WITHIN REASON - you can't just sit the bar on your lap as a technique
