Our workshops introduce strongman to the queer community. from queer coaches!

the workshops are open to all levels of experience and each workshop introduces new disciplines.

our workshops will show you niche, fun and straight up wild equipment, that the large majority of gyms dont have. This gives you the opportunity to try new things and enrich your workouts with us!

some things you can learn at our workshops are: stones, axle bar, deadlifts, freeweights, tire flips, sandbags, farmers carry, yoke carry and much more! never heard of these? that’s fine! we are all always learning

  • You don’t need any gym experience!

    We welcome people who have never lifted anything, as well as those who are seasoned in the gym. πŸ’ͺ

    If the idea of weights excites you, if you are looking to get buff before surgery, or if you want to try something new, give it a go!

    Pride in Strength is ran by experienced Queer coaches who will give you individual support through the workshop!

  • The commando temple is in three arches.

    first arch - the soft judo room is used for stretching and also as a chill out quiet space through the day. it has a gender neutral toilet, that can double as a changing room. you an leave your bags there, go there to have a snack or to decompress.

    There is a second gender neutral toilet in the first arch that is also big enough to serve as a changing room.

    there are two gender neutral showers, though never used around our workshops.

  • We are always responding to the demands and needs of the community. this means that our tiers of tickets change. right now, we offer three tiers - a consession, standard and donation.
